和文化を楽しむ会：生花編
みなさま、こんにちは。
本日はポカポカの夏日で、昨日の暴風雨がウソのようでした。駒沢公園では桜が咲き始めていました🌸
今日はルクリエで和文化を楽しむ交流会を開催しました。場所は池尻稲荷神社です。
ルクリエのBCBAのライアンさん（アメリカ人）と、臨床心理士のアナイスさん（フランス人）が参加しました。
ライアンさんは最初はあまり気が乗らなかったようでしたが、生花の才能があるようで、先生からも参加者からも褒められまくっていました❤️ アナイスさんの菊とガーベラの組み合わせも、わたし的にとっても可愛いなと思いました🍀 私自身、日本人でありながら和文化を知らないまま時が流れてしまいました。和文化の素晴らしさにもっと触れたい、和文化を通して己を知りたい、国境を超えた絆、友情、理解を深めたい、そしてアートを楽しみたいと、ここ数年ふつふつ湧き上がるビジョンやワクワク感がありましたが、素敵な縁に恵まれようやく形にできそうです♪

Embracing Japanese Culture: The Discovery of Ikebana
Hello everyone!
As the warmth of summer-like weather enveloped the day, in contrast to yesterday's rain, Komazawa Park came alive with the delicate hues of cherry blossoms beginning to bloom. We gathered for a social event to immerse ourselves in the rich tapestry of Japanese culture, nestled within the serene environs of Ikejiri Inari Shrine.
Amongst our guests were our BCBA, Ryan from America, and our French clinical psychologist, Anaïs. Initially reserved, Ryan's reluctance soon gave way to a hidden talent for ikebana, drawing praise from both our teachers and fellow participants. Anaïs, on the other hand, captivated us with her charming arrangement of chrysanthemums and gerberas, a testament to her innate creativity.
As a Japanese individual myself, I found myself reflecting on how time had slipped away, leaving me somewhat estranged from my own cultural heritage. Today, I felt a renewed longing to reconnect with the beauty and intricacies of Japanese culture.
For the past few years, I've held a vision—a yearning to not only experience the beauty of Japanese culture, but also to learn about myself through Japanese culture, deepen bonds, friendships, and understanding that transcend national borders, and enjoy art and creativity.
